The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) International Graduate category can help recent graduates with a qualifying job offer gain Canadian permanent residence in B.C.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible, you must
1. EDUCATION
Have completed a degree, diploma or certificate from an eligible post-secondary institution in Canada in the three years (36 months) prior to your application.

Diplomas & Certificates | If you have a diploma or certificate, it must be from a public post-secondary institution in Canada.
Diplomas and Certificates from private institutions are not eligible.
Language training (an ESL program, for example) does not qualify.
Your program must have been at least 8 months (two semesters) of full-time equivalent coursework (excluding co-op work terms, practicums and internships).
Co-op work terms, practicums and internships may be completed, provided the 8-month requirement of coursework has been met.
You may be requested to provide a letter from your educational institution that confirms your program meets this requirement. Full-time equivalent study is defined by the post-secondary institution which issued the credential.

2. EMPLOYMENT IN B.C.
Have full-time, indeterminate job offer (a permanent job, or one with no set end date) from a B.C. employer.
Your employment must be classified at either the managerial (Skill Level 0), professional (Skill Level A) or technical (Skill Level B) level).
You must be qualified to work within the designated occupation and be able to perform the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the National Occupational Classification. This includes all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed.
Additionally the offer of employment must have a wage offer in line with B.C. wage rates for the occupation.
Your employer must be willing to support your application. They must meet the eligibility criteria and fulfill certain responsibilities during the application process.
3. PROOF OF FUNDS
You must show that you have enough money to support you and your family's cost of living in B.C.

4. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE LEVEL
If your job offer is for a Skill Level 0 or A occupation, you are not required to submit valid language test results.
If your job offer is for a Skill Level B occupation, you must submit valid test results for least one of Canada's official languages, English or French, showing you have obtained a minimum score equal to or greater than Benchmark 4 in all four language abilities: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Language tests results are valid for two (2) years after the date of the test result.
Your test results must be valid on the day your immigration application is submitted.
5. WHERE YOU CAN LIVE IN CANADA
Plan to live in British Columbia. For you to qualify for a provincial nominee program you must reside in the province that nominates you.
6. ADMISSIBILITY
Be admissible to Canada. You and your family members must not be inadmissible to Canada for security, criminal or medical reasons.
