The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) International Post-Graduate category can help recent graduates gain Canadian permanent residence in B.C.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible, you MUST meet ALL the criteria:
1. EDUCATION
Have completed a valid graduate program from an eligible post-secondary institution in British Columbia in the three years (36 months) prior to your application.
Candidates must have graduated with a Master's or Doctorate (PhD) degree in the natural, applied or health sciences:

2. EMPLOYMENT IN BC
A job offer is not required if applying in this category.
3. PROOF OF FUNDS
No proof of funds is required for applicants under this category.
4. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE LEVEL
Valid language test results are not required for this category.
5. WHERE YOU CAN LIVE IN CANADA
Plan to live in British Columbia. For you to qualify for a provincial nominee program you must reside in the province that nominates you. In this case, you must demonstrate your ability and intent to live and work in British Columbia.
6. ADMISSIBILITY
Be admissible to Canada. You and your family members must not be inadmissible to Canada for security, criminal or medical reasons.
