Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Brillion has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

ACCEPTANCE

Default acceptance is applicable to all projects and stages pursuant to the agreement between you and Brillion Delivery is considered accepted if:

• you do not send any feedback/change request within fourteen (14) days for a project;
• you request to proceed to next project stage defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Processing & Results

Brillion and all related companies and associates whether direct or indirect; may be involved in the processing of immigration related documents.

Results can vary depending on each individual's personal information, education, net worth, business-work background, travel history, banking information, experience in Canada, family background, and other parameters.

Results are based on the school's or officer's discretion.

Applicant Responsibility

We are not associated with the Government of Canada whatsoever; neither do we possess the ability to influence an immigration officer’s decision. Applicants should consult with our company consultant for better assessment.

Clients are required to seek independent legal advice before signing our contract. Services do not guarantee results nor does previous successes guarantee future results. We reserve the right to reject service.
