IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a summary table ONLY. Each selection creiteria has nuances that can only be assessed against once full information is received from a client. Several selection factors have been ommitted from this table for brevity's sake. Candidates submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) that must be validated and reviewed by an immigration officer. Applicant's must meet or exceed ALL selection criteria published at the time of submission. Candidates will then be issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) if the province wishes to support your application via a provincial nomination. Applicants will need to sign and abide by a Business Performance Agreement (BPA). Immigration agencies, the federal and provincial governments, also change selection creiteria from time to time. Any changes can potentially impact an applicant's scoring positivily or negatively, and thus alter eligibility.
